The initial consultation serves as a way for us to get to know each other better! I want to get to know you, and I want to learn how I can best help you reach your goals! During the consultation, we will discuss your health history, goals and schedule. We will also discuss my expectations for you, as I want to help you succeed! Once your initial consultation has been completed, we can move forward to scheduling your coaching services!
