HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

To start working with me, go through my services page and click initial consultation. You'll be prompted to complete a consultation form through google forms. Once you've completed the form, go ahead and schedule a time that works for you and I'll confirm it on my end! If the time slot you've selected is unavailable, I'll reach out to you using the email you've provided in the consultation form!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Preparing for your initial consultation should not feel overwhelming! I want to use this time to get to know you, your goals, your lifestyle, and history! This is also a time for you to ask any questions about me and my approach! 

 

Bring any questions or concerns you might have! If you have any medical documents, you'd like to share, bring that as well. Additionally, if you hope to train or exercise, please make sure you have the necessary medical clearance to do so!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST WORKOUT SESSION?

For your first workout session, wear clothes and shoes that you feel comfortable moving around and potentially sweating in. If we are exercising outside, bring weather appropriate clothing! If it's cold, I don't want you to freeze, and if it's hot, I don't want you to overheat! 

 

Make sure you're drinking adequate water leading up to your session, and make sure to bring water that you can have during or after the workout!

Lastly, I get that life comes up, so I understand if you need to check your phone to make sure everything is okay, but I want to make sure you are able to reach your goals! As much as possible, try to present with me during the session! Don't let your phone be what keeps you from growing!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST NUTRITION SESSION?

For your first nutrition call, I recommend journaling your diet for 3 days of the week leading up to the call! In your journal be as specific as possible, describing quantities, ingredients and serving sizes. In order to help you improve your diet, we have to first see where you are. If you do not complete this leading up to the call, we can still have a very productive call! I may just ask that before our next session, you do this!
