Group Training offers the option to train with people who you want to grow with. You may hope to train with your partner, or you may hope to train with teammates or friends. Ultimately, training with others can help you to push yourself that much harder! I offer a lower payment for groups, as I think it's an excellent way to create a habit of health within your immediate circle! Initial payment can be made through the website, but the full group price will be requested in-person or through a third-party app.
